3 weeks full time in the gym so far

My body is doing some awesome things.  I have to say consistency is the key to success.  The scale is moving again and I feel great.  Protein, water, vitamins, and lots of exercise will get and keep me at my goal. I have been putting in 5 to 6 days each week usually a minimum of ninety minutes a day.
